We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused individual to support our purchasing, stock control, and finance functions.
This is a hands-on role working across purchasing, warehouse, and accounts — ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, accurate, and running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers on orders, pricing, and deliveries
- Working with the warehouse on stock levels
- Monitoring stock movements and assisting with stock checks when required
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
- Supporting supplier queries and general finance admin
- Data & Systems (Excel Focus)
- Organising and presenting purchasing and stock data in Excel
- Producing simple reports on stock and supplier activity
- Helping improve processes to reduce manual work and errors
- Supporting basic dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in purchasing, stock control, or accounts is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable dealing with suppliers and internal teams
- Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables beneficial)
- Practical mindset — someone who likes improving how things work
